These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the The Execution Squad website, Squad access, and services operated by Chris Lee Consulting Corp, doing business as The Execution Squad ("we", "us", "our"), with business address at 200A - 4185 Still Creek Drive, Burnaby, B.C. V5C 6G9, Canada. By purchasing Squad access or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Note for Founding Executionist members who joined before May 15, 2026. The refund policy that applies to your purchase is the same 90-day conditional money-back guarantee described below. Existing Founding members keep $997 per year on every renewal as long as access remains continuously active. All other terms, including the non-refundable policy and the conditions for the 90-day guarantee, are unchanged from the prior version.

Squad access and what is included

The Execution Squad is a 6-month Execution Challenge that ends AI learning addiction and replaces it with one founder running the Execution Flywheel weekly on a stack of Claude Code skills and specialist agents. Tiers:

  • Free: $0, email-only signup. Access to the Classroom page, the Calendar page (replays are preview-only), Before You Start, and the AI Execution Stack tutorials. No access to the Squad Library, monthly curriculum, or live Execution Reviews.
  • Monthly: $189 USD per month, billed monthly. Adds the Squad Library and Month 1 immediately on join. Months 2-6 unlock on a drip schedule (days 31, 62, 93, 124, and 157). Cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • Founding Executionist: $997 USD per year, billed annually. Capped at the first 100 Founding members per calendar year. Full library access on day 1, no drip-lock. Founding members keep $997 per year on every renewal as long as access remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the Founding price is gone and you resubscribe at the then-current price.

Active Squad access includes:

  • The 6-month Execution Challenge: Before You Start plus six monthly Loops (Execution Genesis, Productize Scale, Content Economy, Ads Volume, Recurring Revenue, Scale to $30K/mo), drip-locked.
  • The AI Execution Stack: Claude Code 101 plus a growing library of specialist Claude Code skills (websites, outreach, content, and more shipping every video).
  • The Squad Library: 54+ winning cold email and LinkedIn DM templates, 100 Proven Niches, 100 Failed Niches with the 8 kill patterns.
  • The platform at executionsquad.co, including Squad threads (daily public posting feed), Founder Club, Classroom, and Calendar.
  • Live Execution Reviews with Chris twice per week, Tuesday and Friday at 11 AM PT.
  • Async access to the Squad community on the platform.

All materials are delivered digitally through executionsquad.co. The Execution Squad is an educational program. Nothing in your access constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Account registration

To access the Squad, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Whop. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Monthly plan ($189 USD/mo). Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current rate. Promotional discounts (if applied at checkout) attach to the subscription and persist on renewal as long as access remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, any promotional rate is gone and you resubscribe at the then-current price.

Founding Executionist (annual, capped). Founding annual subscriptions renew automatically each year at $997 USD. Founding members keep $997 per year on every renewal as long as access remains continuously active. New Founding signups are limited to the first 100 members per calendar year; once the annual cap is reached, the Founding tier closes for the rest of the year and reopens January 1. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the Founding price is gone and you resubscribe at the then-current price.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (the end of the month for monthly, the end of the year for Founding annual). No partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds are issued, ever, for any reason. The only path to a refund is the conditional money-back guarantee defined below.

Conditional money-back guarantee

We offer a 90-day conditional money-back guarantee. This is not an unconditional refund. The guarantee triggers only if you have run the full program for 90 consecutive days and still have not signed your first paying client. To qualify, you must meet every single one of the six conditions below with no exceptions and provide complete documented proof of each.

Only one refund request may be submitted per account, ever. Cancelling and resubscribing does not reset eligibility.

What counts as a paying client

A "paying client" under this guarantee is any individual or business that has formally agreed to work with you on a paid engagement and for whom you have delivered or are actively delivering your service, including:

  • Low-ticket clients ($100 and up). A client at any price point on the progressive pricing ladder ($100, $250, $500, or higher) counts as your first paying client.
  • Paid pilots or trial engagements. A signed agreement with a defined scope and start date counts, even if payment is structured as a pilot or deposit, as long as money has changed hands.

There is no minimum revenue threshold and no minimum total revenue requirement. The requirement is that one paying client has agreed to and begun your service under your business during the 90-day window. Free testimonial clients do not count toward the guarantee.

The six conditions you must meet

  1. Post on Squad threads every day for 90 consecutive days. You must post on the Squad threads feed every single day of your 90-day window. Zero skip days. This is binary: you posted that day or you did not. Backdated or batched posts do not count. The timestamp on the post is the record we review against.
  2. Attend every Live Execution Review for 90 consecutive days. Execution reviews run twice per week, Tuesday and Friday at 11 AM PT. This means 100% attendance across all sessions in the 90-day window (approximately 26 sessions). If you miss even one session without prior written approval from our team, you do not qualify. Replays do not count as attendance. You must be present live.
  3. Hit the required outreach volume every week. The program requires a minimum volume of outreach activity each week, set for your shape and tracked in your Squad CRM. You must meet or exceed the required volume every single week for the full 90 days. Weeks in which you fall short of the minimum count against you even if you make it up later.
  4. Follow the Sunday decision. Each Sunday you bring data and we decide Scale, Pivot, or Kill. You must execute that decision the following week as agreed. Bringing a feeling instead of data, ignoring the decision, or substituting your own approach disqualifies you from the guarantee. This includes following the templates, tools, scripts, skills, and specialist agents as instructed, in the order instructed.
  5. Complete every assignment on time. Every task with a due date inside your 90-day window must be submitted by its due date. Late submissions do not count. Partial completion does not count.
  6. Submit complete documented proof. You must submit your Squad CRM logs, screenshots, links, recordings, call attendance records, daily post timestamps, outreach logs, build links, and any other verifiable evidence proving you completed every requirement listed above. The Squad CRM is your audit trail and the basis we review against. Incomplete documentation is grounds for denial. We will conduct a thorough review of all submitted materials before making any determination.

If you meet every one of the six conditions listed above for the full 90 consecutive days and still have not signed your first paying client (of any type defined above), we will refund 100% of the Squad access fees you paid during the 90-day window. For monthly subscribers, this is the sum of all monthly charges paid during the 90 days. For Founding annual members, this is your annual fee.

If you failed to meet even one of the six conditions above, you do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances. This policy exists because the program works for people who do the work. Every founder who has failed in this program skipped steps. We will not subsidize inaction.

Refund requests

To request a refund, email hi@aichrislee.comwithin the 14-day window after the end of your 90-day Challenge (between day 90 and day 104 of your Squad access) with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your complete proof of completion for all six conditions above. We will review and respond within 10 business days. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet every condition. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Requests submitted before day 90 or after day 104 will not be reviewed.

No income guarantees

The Execution Squad is an educational program. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business results. Results shared on our website, emails, or social media are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Any income figures or results mentioned are examples only and should not be considered as average or guaranteed outcomes.

Intellectual property

All content, templates, code, tools, and materials provided through The Execution Squad are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your Squad access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post our materials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or access with others
  • Copy, redistribute, or resell any program materials
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or staff
  • Record or redistribute group coaching calls without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chris Lee Consulting Corp, doing business as The Execution Squad, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Squad access in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your Squad access at any time through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund outside the guarantee conditions described above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
