Chris Lee Consulting Corp, doing business as The Execution Squad ("we", "us", "our"), operates the website executionsquad.co. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our site and Squad access.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase Squad access (Founding Executionist at $997 per year until 2026-05-24, then Full Executionist at $2,997 per year), we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Whop. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.
Squad activity data. When you use the platform, we collect data about your apostle skill usage, assignment submissions, execution review attendance, outreach logs, and Squad community activity. This data is used to deliver the Squad access experience and is referenced in any refund request under our 90-day conditional money-back guarantee.
Automatically collected information. We collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data to understand how visitors use our site and improve the experience.
How we use your information
- Deliver Squad access content and services you purchased
- Track your progress through the program phases
- Send newsletters and emails you subscribed to
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Whop
- Verify eligibility for our conditional money-back guarantee
- Improve our website and offerings
- Respond to your questions and support requests
Email communications
When you subscribe to our newsletter or purchase Squad access, you agree to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Whop for payment processing and subscription management
- Supabase for authentication and data storage
- Resend for transactional and marketing emails
- Vercel for website hosting
- Notion for content delivery
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and basic analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your Squad access is active. If you cancel your Squad access, your account data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe. After that, you may request deletion. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- Cancel your Squad access at any time through account settings

Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
